This is a private service, so only your group will be in this trip.

You can invite your friends but maximum of 3 people in 4 seat car, 5 people in 7 seat car and 12 people in 16 seat car.

Amendments will be made as your requirement. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange the change accordingly.

Under the booking page, all information related to your tour package/cruise/transfer serivce is provided, all inclusions and exclusions are mentioned at our booking confirmation sent to you.

Tipping is not compulsory. If you are satisfied with service of our guides, drivers.., a small gesture is an appropriate way to show your appreciation to them.

We offers a strong, professional and knowledge guide team. Those guides are carefully selected for their experience, rich knowledge, excellent language and communication skills, commitment, professionalism, and personalities. They are not just pure guides but also your dedicated friends, trusted companions during and after the trip. Travelling with Viet Odyssey definitely offers you awesome opportunities to have wonderful new friends.

We have drivers team who are polite, well-trained and drive very carefully. They are very punctual as well to create a worry free trip for you.

Some can speak basic English and some cannot speak English.

For drivers can speak Basic English communication: They have vast experience in dealing with foreigners, they can explain little things and help you during your trip. But they are not tour guides so they have limitation.

We offer a courtesy pickup service from hotels in city center (not outside city) for tour or transfer service.
