Hotel booking policy

Hotel Payment Policy:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorisation of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorisation, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. Cash payment upon check out is acceptable.
Indoor Heated Pool & Whirlpool:
The indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool are located on “B” level. The pool and whirlpool are open from 5:00 am to midnight and are accessible by using your room key. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hotel Cancellation/changing policy

1. Small groups (under 10 rooms)
- Cancelations made 17 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free.
- Cancellations made within 17 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge - Please don't change or cancel bookings on holidays, Tet holiday.
2. Large groups: (more than 10 rooms)
- Cancellations made 25 days or more prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free.
- Cancellations made within 25 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge
- Please don't change or cancel bookings on holidays, Tet holiday.

Children and Extra beds Policy

* Maximum 01 child in per room .
- Under 06 year-ol children: Free breakfast and sharing bed with parents.
- 6 - 12 year-old children sharing bed with parents: VND175.000/child including breakfast.
- 12 year-old and older children: considered as adult.
- Extra bed: depends on extra bed's capacity, it can be replaced by cextra cushion: VND 660.000 per night.
Cancellation/changing services policy
Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee
Cancellation/changing fee standard of hotel: base on cancellation condition.
