- Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur total charges equivalent to the first night’s stay

- Christmas & New Year: From 20 Dec 2013 to 5 Jan 2014

Children Policy
- No room charge for child under 12 years old, sharing existing bedding in room. Extra bed charge will apply otherwise. Children from 5 or under the age of 12, sharing a room with no extra bed will be charged VND 290,000/room/night for breakfast additionally.
- (*) The twin room in family condo is suitable for 2 children under 12 years. If you want to use the family condo for 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children from 12 & above, we will need add 1 extra bed at room and there is extra charge for 2 additional persons: 1 extra bed (45 usd/room/night) for 3rd person + breakfast surcharge VND 290,000 for 4th person.
- Single/Double rooms with King size bed – Maximum room occupancy is 2 adults & 1 child under the age of 12, or 3 adults. Only one extra bed is allowed per room.
