Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15vdays prior to check-in: FREE of charge
- From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 9 to 3 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rates
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.
- Children from 05 - 12: Stay with parent 75% adult rate.
- Children under 05: Stay with parent FOC
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

Full Itinerary
Azalea Cruise 2 days/1 night
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Azalea Cruise
10:00 - 10:30: Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter (transfer is not included in the cabin price) and transfer to Dinh Vu Port in Hai Phong city. Up on arrival at around 11:30, transfer to Azalea Cruise. Welcome guests on board. Check-in, then enjoy Welcome drink. Receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member.
12:40 Head to Da Chong islet, where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago. We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets of Con Vit and Gia Luan. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner.
15:00 Progress to Ba Trai Dao beach area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Halong Bay. You may prefer to try your hand at kayaking or simply just enjoy a swim. From June to September, visiting Tra Bau area, belongs to Lan Ha Bay. Tra Bau is also one of the ideal destinations for kayaking and swimming.
18:00 It’s time to try the authentic well-known local liquor as “Ba Kich liquor” (Morinda officinalis). This is a kind of wealthy and tasty liquor which is really highly recommending liquor in Viet Nam.
18:30 Returning AZALEA CRUISE boat you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. In the early evening the boat has its Happy Hour deal.

19h30 Deluxe dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.
21h30 Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, watching a movie in the restaurant. Overnight on board.

Day 2: Halong bay - Hanoi
06:00 Tai Chi session on the sundeck; after which we serve light breakfast. Upon completing breakfast continue our journey and head out in local boat to explore the bay in the area where the Sang Toi cave is situated.
9:30 Visitors then return to AZALEA CRUISE boat for check-out procedures
10:00 Whilst cruising back you can enjoy a delightful brunch
10:30 Tea Ceremony is served at the restaurant. You will learn how to enjoy Vietnamese tea and Vietnamese cultural at this ceremony.
11:35 We return to the quay side in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark.
We bid farewell at Got Ferry, this is the end of the program. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us and wish you a safe onward journey.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay
06:00 Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
Coffee, tea and pastries for light breakfast are served in the dining room.
08:30 Transfer to day boat for visit Viet Hai Village. You will take the bicycle trip along the village path and go through rain forests and dark tunnel. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, bamboo…you will have chance to see the local life on a valley of local people. Optional electric car service is available (at an extra cost).
Back to day boat for visiting Lan Ha Bay. Lunch served on day boat.
13:30 Visit Lan Ha Bay, free kayaking and swimming at the area which situated in the middle of a narrow, rectangular area, with the all four sides enclosed by vertical cliffs. (if the weather permit).
16:00 Return to AZALEA CRUISE. You will join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. Watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. In the early evening the boat has its Happy Hour deal
